The System

Every piece coordinates with every other piece.

One artist. One color logic. Modular by design.

Three sets is twenty-seven combinations. Five sets is a year of stages, festivals, and travel without repeating yourself.

The Technique

Freehand Machine Embroidery

The feed dogs are lowered. The fabric moves freely under the needle. Ole draws the design in chalk first. The team follows those lines layer by layer until the piece breathes.

No computers. No programmed patterns. Each piece varies slightly. The variation is the work.
